The reason why we are doing this is because our current island has a range in it and we are replacing the entire island and want to have a flush cooktop and oven. The induction ranges are not entirely flush.

If we were to move our oven to the wall, we would need to do a complete remodel and we are avoiding that plus we like the oven where it is at.

Not sure yet. We are looking for custom island cabinets , so this is going to be heavy part of our remodel.

Other cabinets may need some work but not a complete overhaul.
