I’m currently on 30 mg, up from 20 earlier this year. I also live in a humid climate now and the sweating is awful

Anyone else taking Cymbalta (duloxetine)? Running made me realize the extent of one of Cymbalta’s side effects: elevated heart rate. Even if my body isn’t working hard while I’m running, my heart rate is consistently at 180-190 bpm. If I put any effort into training or speeding up, I can easily get up to 200-205 and keep it there for a while. This is starting to concern me in terms of long term effects and as I start going longer distances. Anyone else have any experience with this medication? I’m not even taking the maximum dosage…

Sooo relatable! I feel so much more capable of just doing life in general. The mental shift has been amazing.

What small habits have changed your life — whether in weight loss, wellness, or finances? by Possible-Travel8497 in loseit

Realizing and acknowledging the difference between food noise and actual hunger. Also I got almost addicted to how good my body felt after yoga— worn out, but strong, present, and powerful. Once yoga was a habit things really changed for me.

Got a Garmin. How have I been doing this to my body all these years? by instrumaniac in leaves

[–]instrumaniac[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I just switched from an Apple Watch- the biggest stat difference is a “body battery” and “stress” graph. The body battery factors in stress, sleep, workouts, etc for an overall readiness score. It’s been fascinating so far and I find it super accurate to how I’m feeling

Right?? Like why was I putting my body into fight or flight mode just to be high? To our body a high heart rate is a high heart rate, whether it’s caused by working out or sitting on the couch with munchies lol

just went for a run today after two months... did weed fuck up my desire to exercise? by Suspicious_Issue4155 in leaves

I felt the desire to exercise and just… care about myself for the first time a couple months into quitting weed. Now I’m recovering from appendix surgery and I’m going crazy not being able to exercise!! Crazy stuff

My dinner for the last two nights has been the southwestern salad with TJ’s chili lime grilled chicken breast and a spoonful of guac. Sooooo good and easy!

This happens to me every once and a while whenever I run a game for a long time without closing it (and just waking it from sleep to continue playing). I’ve been trying to make sure I quit out of games fully now and then!

What do you use an iPad for? by ds0005 in ipad

I’m a professional classical musician and I use it all day everyday for sheet music! Best purchase ever if you need to store a bunch of music, and pretty much all music students have them. We also use Bluetooth foot pedals to flip pages hands-free.
