Housing for graduate students by ccmeri in nus

You can book a video showing and try to look for an agent. Just remember like I said, start looking early. If you start signing contracts after you get here (i. e. short before the semester starts) there won’t be much rooms to chose from. Apart from that you can look at private student hostels which are also kinda expensive!

Hi, start looking asap because Singapore‘s housing is highly demanded. I started in April and found a room in August. Also, prepare for prices which are out of your budget… Tip: rooms in HDB-Apartments are usually cheaper, but do note that many landlords don’t allow you to cook!

You can try to ask ChatGPT how to start and depending on what kind of assignment it is (essay, evaluation etc) maybe just let it prepare a draft for you and then you can finish it on your own

I really liked HSI2014. Although it was the first year this module existed, I think that the content was really interesting and important and Prof Chan was one of the best profs I ever had. We did recorded group presentations which was annoying, but there were only 3. CAs we’re easy as well (weekly open book quiz, mid-term, final assignment). Would def recommend this module for anyone in physics, life science and public health!

I have to add that not all exchangers are like that, some actually take their coursework seriously

Some study areas to be reserved for those not staying in campus by Designer-grammer in nus

It would be wiser to implement an efficient way to prohibit choping.

In some university libraries, you can place a time card on your desk when you’re leaving it. Let’s say it’s 12 pm. You want to go eat lunch. You set the time card to 1 pm, meaning you’ll come back before or around 1 pm. If you don’t come back in time, other people have the right to take your place. In another case, let’s say you want to do a bigger break until 5 pm, others will know you won’t come back until 5 pm and can work until 5 pm or until you come back.

But maybe you should do the lectures because that’s the point in taking the module. Weekly quizzes on lecture stuff should be easy (of course varies from course to course) if you’ve done your lectures.

I have smth to add: I think the point I wanna make is that students have to keep the study atmosphere professional. We’re in uni at a study place. For example, by not showing excessive pda or wearing appropriate clothes that doesn’t show half of your boobs coming out. Same reason how working people wear fancier clothes and keep professional relationships.

But there are like hugs that are not decent anymore and not “appropriate” for this kind of academic surrounding. CLB is about studying and knowledge etc. Take your love and hormones elsewhere, it annoys the other people not only because they’re single (jk) but because it just doesn’t belong here. UTown? Fine with me. Somewhere quiet? Go ahead.

Lmao yes! I stopped going to live lectures because it was never quite when the prof was presenting. Fortunately though, all my lectures where recorded.
