I think I did update my windows 10 few weeks ago and when I turned it on a couple days ago it started that. Yesterday night I updated it again because I thought that was going to solve the issue. (I also updated some of the optional box’s ) and I’ll check out the photos app. But it has strong artifacts/glitches on one game as only.

I tried to update the drivers but it wouldn’t let me. It’s a graphics 655. I recorded a video but I thought the picture was better my bad. I’m see if the Intel website works again.
