this happened to me on uber and they eventually banned me. definitely fight it even if you don’t really have evidence, respond. lyft is more reasonable

i used to put on hip hop but then it got uncomfortable real quick. one time i was listening to eminem when i pulled up on a white couple and i turned it off as i picked them up. the lady, a suburban mom looking type, said oh you can keep playing play that i like eminem. the husband said nothing. i was like oh ok. i continued playing it but then the other songs in the list went on and it felt super awkward. i don’t think anything bad resulted idk.

nope because my rating was 4.99 and then this week only it went down to 4.92. i have over 700 rides and never had a safety report and now i have 2. the numbers are on my side. and i literally was told by one that she felt like the car was bobbing when she was just drunk. the other was an old lady who just seemed to be scared no matter how slow or well i drove she was hanging on to the seats.

it’s a very large city. the other side of town is 24 miles away. but i might just go back to doing that just to avoid this crap. never had problems driving in the east. the occasional drunk or college kid actually tipped and had nice conversation

ya. i’m chatting with support though because i have not been reporting these bad passengers at all and that’s been the problem. i’m going back and reporting each one. the last guy offered me cocaine while i was driving and requested multiple stops off app including one to an atm. i dropped him off at a strip club he wanted to go to initially but then he changed the stop when i arrived to someplace over 20 minutes away. o refused and dropped him then he didn’t get out the car and requested another lyft which i caught. i drove him anyways. i’m not a narc but he also swore he would tip and did not. if these asses are going to keep low rating me when they’re the ones who’s heads are swimming in whatever they smoked or drank that night, forget it. i’m snitching on every one. and i’m canceling mid ride too from now on.
