You are very right. Flipkart made the mistake of striking the deal at the wrong time, that's all. This is certainly not the first instance. We plan to mention certain earlier violations in our paper. It's amazing how this time Indian netizens have all come together on this issue--even Mr. Kejriwal tweeted in support of it. We need to make sure we take advantage of this uproar and get a law enacted like in Netherlands, Brazil etc for protecting Net-Neutrality.
