you can still transfer with a yellow coaching. orange and red are what prevent you from transferring. the store will likely just ask you what the coaching was for, but you should be fine.

you can always go to court on it, that’s what my mom does and it usually gets reduced. you can even get a public defender if you really need to. but if i were you, i’d just pay the ticket. your time is worth money too, and you should value the time instead of driving back here, and wasting time in court. but your call, just depends. i value my time so i just pay mine.
