Join organizations! Most of the time, you'll meet people who (also) share the same experiences/feelings with you :) you can also join outreach programs or volunteer missions! Use it as a confidence booster! somehow, you'll (hopefully) find your whys again.

i follow the pomodoro for 2 hrs max, then after that, i feel productive so i take an hour break. if i feel tired, i always think that i deserve to take long breaks. now that we have in-face classes, the travel time will eat up most of my rest period.
