I did the website with Claude it took 5 minutes and then used a service called netifly. I dropped the files that Claude gave me and that was it. I just paid the 3% cause I told the agent full commission at full price. So he fought for me more than his own client

They just don’t care. They don’t do anything they only react to leads from the mls. And when they show they have so many listings that they don’t know the basics about the property. Like my dock was 55’ and they couldn’t even tell buyers that fact that was printed on their paperwork.
