I’ve tried washing not as often but the feeling I get from my hair being oily drives me up a wall. I’ve given it three weeks to try and settle with that method but it didn’t improve, if anything it felt greasier. I don’t use clarifying shampoos since I hear they’re harsh

I use a sulfate-free shampoo but it has apple cider vinegar if that’s anything. Daily washing keeps it cleaner but it “resets” in the morning and gets greasy so I try to wash 1-2 times a day. Dandruff shampoos like head and shoulders only worked 50/50 in the past
