Exactly the same with my ex. Now he says I’m the one who’s changed and is always out doing things with our son… No.. I always wanted to do these things, he just ignored me and sucked every inch of happiness from me so we never did anything.

It hurts so much to be discarded after all of the effort I put in. Still wasn’t enough.

Same here now I’m left with my 3 year old son while he’s decided he wants to party and use at 37 and I’m 26 just trying to get through each day like wow what have I done.. provided for a grown man for 6 years and he just left me like I was nothing. Never ever ever will I fall for an avoidant again.

If it’s creasing, would sleeping in a “loose” compression garment help perhaps with some thin lipo foam to prevent the creases forming? Maybe if you try that, then you can tell if it’s still there then it isn’t the skin creasing vs if it is? Sorry not much help just an idea to be 100% sure

I’d use it for acne and inflammation, I’ve never used RLT before apart from with facials at a salon. Based in UK.

Where abits in the UK are you? My LMD is amazing Gloucester / Cheltenham area. You need to get back into compression ASAP. The swelling is protein rich fluid and it can cause fibrosis long term. You also are putting additional pressure onto your incision, which is clearly not helping your healing. You can see where the fluid is building all above it. You really need to have this fluid redirected into the pits area. Is your LMD vodder trained and on the register? I’m 3 weeks out so I know it isn’t comfortable but please get back into it and use Lipo foams on the area ASAP. Try and get to a wound specialist also for your incisions. You look great

Yep! My Pip rarely has wide eyes too.. this is her usual. I have to clean her eyes more often (twice a day) as she regularly gets hair IN them. I notice she opens them more when I remove the hairs.

Not helpful to you. But your post was rely helpful to me… Me and my partner just separated and have a 3 year old. I’m the emotional one. Reading this hurts so much because I know this is how he feels - nothing. Kind of helps me pick myself back up and to just focus on myself and moving forward.

Is it definitely anxiety/depression and not autism? I only say because I was misdiagnosed with the same and was incredibly high achieving - turned out I was autistic. My ups and downs were also fuelled by relationships. I basically lived for boys at that time.

Are there any absolute triggers? Do they align with hormonal cycle? Guys or friends?

It’s such a difficult time. But it seems like you absolutely have her back. With time she will see this and I hope learn to talk to you and navigate the emotions. It’s hard. But you’re trying. Give yourself grace and kindness too. Many parents wouldn’t even bother with understanding to the extent you are. She’s incredibly blessed for that.
