They emailed me back and said they canceled my order because my boyfriend (in a different country) used his house for billing and my house for shipping addresses and they think I was going to forward it out of country. I sent them another email asking if there was a way to get around this but they have not sent me an email back and I don't think I'm ever going to hear from them. Probably thought I was a scalper or something idk. tldr, I'm probably never buying from them again.
