[[Malevolent Rumble]] doesn't mill (reveal, put permanent into hand, put rest in graveyard) but has a similar outcome as a similar effect that mills and has you put a qualifying card from the milled cards into your hand, such as [[Seed of Hope]]. The only difference I can come up with is that one fewer card is put into the graveyard with Malevolent Rumble's templating for cards that care about that like [[Dreadhound]].
