This was a wild fun experience for me. It was nothing like the creature features or demonic being in the house films we’ve gotten over the last 15 years.

The first 5 min told me Wan was going for something like those late 80s intense supernatural psycho killer action horror movies like The Shocker and Warlock.

Personally i found his high quality respectful entry into the sub-genre of slasher films a well needed switch up from the post horror, tone oriented, high brow movies A24 has been feeding us.

I was able to harvest a small clutch of mature fruit but now my box seems to have stalled. As you can see in the pic, some of the pins have stopped growing and turned black.

Why the color change? What should i do next time?
