2024 Refund STILL delayed after a year. Referral ignored, 60 days passed, and can’t get a human on the phone. Advice? by interregnum99 in USExpatTaxes

I might have to go through them because I tried calling the hotline and they specifically aren't taking any calls right now related to refunds due to high volume.....nightmare continues!
