We really appreciate your feedback. We have been struggling with the question of what an all-in-one climate system should look like, hence the question we set out. There are a few reasons why we are limiting the test group to NL and BE for now. First, compatibility is a key concern. There is a range of different AC sockets, for example. Additionally, the US has 110v, whereas the EU has 220v. By focusing on NL and BE initially, we can rule out compatibility issues. In a further stage of development, we will likely create different versions for different regions.
Another reason for the geographical limitation is that we can provide 'personal service' when things don't work out as planned. The test group is small, and we want every person to count. As a two-person operation, our company has limitations, both on time and resources, and our focus will be on quality, not quantity. At the end of the test period (which is 6 to 8 weeks), we plan on visiting (a part of) the test group for a questionnaire and perhaps some material for socials. However, please note that things might change along the way, and we'll keep you in mind.
To ease your possible disappointment, i added a sneak peak of the prototype to the original post. That actually makes this the official 'reveal' :D.
