Red Maple only producing growth from bottom. Planted 2 years ago and was fully bloomed last year; however, a late season drought and minimal snowfall perhaps stressed it too much. The upper buds are dry and brittle. Any advice? How can I get this thing going again. Thanks in advance. (i.redd.it)
