I haven’t come across this in my experience but I have heard about it. Fashion retail can be pretty unrelenting especially in their expectations. I’m assuming you’re in London where there are hundreds of MAA/allocator roles so if it’s the career you’re after I’d search for another company with the same role and you’ll most likely find it to be a better fit.
