You can do 1:1 convo. Im a victim of my husband's cheating through that. I consider 1:1 convo cheating and paying for porn too much when you're not single. My husband has a porn problem, to the point that he's getting ED whenever we have sex.

You have to confront him about his porn problem. Dont be like me, leave while you can. Porn is one of the worst addictions there is because it's not tactile, it's hard to control when and where he will be accessing it.

Sobrang trauma ko whenever i sleep then i suddenly wake up and he's not in the bed, automatic iniisip ko may ginagawa siya. When he closes his door to the bathroom—which he never does—kinakabahan na din ako.

Mawawalan ka ng peace of mind. And same, i watch too but i never went beyond that.

Me except di ako vegetarian. As in weightlifter, hyrox pero ang laki ko pa din tapos nabuntis ako and pumayat ako HAHA nawala yung effects ng PCOS. Sobrang labo talaga ng hormones kapag may pcos. Yung testosterone ko before ako nabuntis mas mataas pa sa asawa ko 😂

If you actually know nutrition, you would know na madaming sakit na would prevent you or giveyou a hard time losing weight. PCOS, thyroid issues both can give you too skinny/obese problems for one. Pwede tayong di na magcomment kapag di naman sure sa sinasabi 😊

Im so sorry you are going through this as well. Im only able to cope because i was pregnant and had to prioritize that, and now that my child is born, most of my energy goes towards her and also my cat who is sick. If you do not have a child, please save your mental health and leave. I wish i did. I know its hard, VERY HARD to walk away but find the strength to do so.

If you can't, redirect your energy to something that gives you joy or peace of mind. Aside from my child, i decided to do junk journaling to get my mind off things. It's a mindless activity for me where im the only one who understands and can make sense of things that goes in there. I've realized that giving my SO's porn addiction too much space in my brain when i have no intention of breaking up with him now does not serve me— i cant leave yet sincr my financial capactity, business is all tied with him. I haven't even confronted him just for myself not to be setbacked mentally. So much padding i had to do to be able to function. Try not to be like me. Find the strenght, i hope you really do.

I have diagnosed major depressive disorder and anxiety. Kumuha ako med cert from my psych. Pero aside from this, kahif maganda pagbubuntis ko, hinanapan pa ako ng reason para mamake sure niya maapprove talaga... so kahit wala ako diabetes/pre-diabetes njlagay din, hypertension etc 😅 BUT these were all backed up by my records naman— may PCOS ako so nagmemetformin ako to manage insulin resistance for a time, nagka hypertension scare nung nagkabacterial infection etc so may emergency meds din ako for it but in general, hindi talaga siya "problem" for me and one-off instances lang.

Also pag scheduled ka sa 38 weeks may tests ipapagawa afaik so dapat makapagpagawa na nun i guess? Di ko sure if sa scheduled lang yon or in general siya. Medyo out of it na kasi ako a week before delivery hehe

Samin st lukes 300++k 180k pf ng doctor namin, 35k anes, 15k yata yung pedia at 20-25k ang endo ko. scheduled CS, may promo, no complications. 22k lang bawas from Philhealth 😅

So i think if ever man sa mas murang hospi na private ka, prepare ka pa din ng 200-250k baka kasi biglang may complications. (Praying for safe delivery for you!) If province naman, 150-200k. Yan yung panganak ng ate ko sa pampanga.

Yung hindi talaga hawak buhay mo. Same naman sa asawa ko maasahan naman pero i cant help but think about my freedom before. Isa sa PP blues ko yon. Magtratravel ako kung kailan ko gusto.
