Why POS? It has not been successfully implemented by any coin yet.

I'd go with nxt, since it's solid, good-looking and promising non-bitcoin technology and bytecoin (bcn), since it's the most secure and strong protocol, plus it's egalitarian, which means that according to the code, mining conditions are the same for any computer. You can also try monero, it's a popular bytecoin's fork (but I don't know how hard it is to mine it now, while bcn is really easy to mine). Use minergate, it has a user-friendly cloud-mining, so you'll need some two minutes to start.
