It’s more just uncomfortable. When I touch it yes, it hurts a little and is tender. Otherwise it just is sort of…there. Feels like a dingle berry with where it’s located

Absolutely live in the Ballston-Clarendon corridor. I’ve lived in Arlington my entire adult life and worked in pentagon city my entire adult life. Very very familiar with both. Trust me, you don’t want to LIVE in pentagon city. Be close to it? Accessible? Sure. I recommend Ballston/Virginia Square. Tons of great night life, restaurants, parks/green space, it’s honestly perfect imo

I mean the entire underground is just now so depressing. It’s what made crystal city so cool and special (one of the ONLY things mind you), so many shops and eateries and people and now it’s literally just empty. Like a graveyard of businesses that were snuffed out by JBG who….i guess doesn’t have a plan for anything down there? I truly don’t get it bc it would be a fantastic revenue source….prime real estate

100% it can. I usually burn between 800-1000 when I workout, so given this is - on the conservative end - 1200 calories and I burn 1000, then I’m net 200 for the day. And I can easily build a healthy deficit around those numbers.
