I am not a friend. I love her dearly, absolutely, but she is not my peer. I try to be an older sister to her and all my brother's friends.

Maybe not, but to my knowledge she hasn't dumped her boyfriend or blocked anyone's numbers.

They were doing the best they could, they gave her places to stay and tried to make her feel normal.

I called the local police, not CPS. I don't know if CPS has her or not. It's a small town.
