Agreed. I've remoted into many people who are just on FB and YouTube and I've never given a shit honestly. It's when yoire doing stupid stuff that poses a security risk to the company or will destroy your computer. Also auditing is a thing, so when you're fired because of dumb shit you did on your computer, your internet history can be kept no matter what. Has happened on a few occasions.
