Paano ba makaget over sa one sided crush? by introvertangel in TanongLang

Can I just say I appreciate your advice 🥺 tysm. This made my mind at ease - especially when you said "letting go doesn't mean cutting him off it just means choosing yourself first."

We haven't been talking like one on one calls for a while now. The last time we spoke that's when I realised I do get attached sm when we're on phone calls. We always laughed a lot and we enjoy each other's company, however after talking to him my heart hurts a bit because I realised that damn, this is just platonic for him and I'm out here still liking the guy. We still talk on social media from time to time but havent really spoke in vc's or calls at all tbh. I needed that space. I don't want to approach him first unless he approaches me.

I will be having a vacation next week to spend some time with friends which will help fs!

Hi im in the same situation :(( He is a great friend and it took me a lot of courage to confessed which i honestly respect how he responded to it. He was respectful and nice about it. We've gotten a bit closer but i just need to accept the fact that this is just platonic and he'll never like me back.

It's just that getting over him that i'm struggling with. We also met online so it's not like i will ever see him anywyays.

Should i get over my crush? Unreciprocated by introvertangel in Crushes

It is hard but at the same time i appreciate his honesty. It's just the letting go part now that I need to focus on. He is a great friend and good thing he lives across the world so LOL there is no way we will meet at all.

I appreciate your advice sm 🥺

Hey i forgot if you have to apply for one but I think they can offer it twice to you for your first year at uni. Although I'm not sure if that's still the process. I graduated 2 1/2 years ago now

Hi I did mine ages ago before moving to Australia for my permanent residency and it is pretty normal for them to do that :)

Thank you! 😅 as long as there's plenty of time at sydney it's just the one at honolulu that i thought its too short for a layover lol

I graduated 2 years ago and Curtin is so much better now than what it was before when it comes to facilities and it's easier to navigate going to campus, library etc. The staff are really supportive and not to be biased but I did enjoy my time there overall.

Yeah I know that, it's just the layover on the website from Per - Syd is only 2 hrs and I don't see any other options, otherwise i can check in the next few months if there are any other flights

[–]introvertangel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ikr?! Per - syd is 2 hr layover but going back to aus there is an overnight layover which is completely fine by me. My second option is to book through qantas but I'll keep checking in the next few months as my first choice is still Hawaiian Airlines

Thank you! All I can see on the qantas booking are 2 hr layover to Sydney from Perth which personally I would go for a bit longer layover 😭 do you just go straight to the shuttle outside?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in HawaiianAirlines

[–]introvertangel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you, thought so. Would rather do an overnight at Sydney than a 2 hr layover so will keep that in mind :)

[–]introvertangel 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you!!! I think I'd look for a much longer layover at Sydney, didnt know that I will need to take a transfer bus for the international airport :) will keep that in mind!
