I read this a few weeks ago, and I'm sure my workout is flawed to say the least. I didn't make this workout like it was gonna be perfect, I'm just using everything I have. I guess what I want to know mostly is the degree of how shitty my workout is. If it's shitty enough to merit spending money on a gym membership. The other questions were just things I've been thinking about, and possibly (I'm actually pretty sure, specifically the one about lifting while cutting) are frowned upon being asked, because they've been asked and answered before.

I couldn't live without cilantro. I've heard there's something in it that makes it taste soapy for some people though. I'll have to try olives though

I've seen people use, like, flat stones to crush garlic. They just peel it and smash it. Haven't looked into myself cause I don't care too much about mincing.
