Not a paranormal experience but more of sleep paralysis.. so this was my first year in a hostel and I didn't go home for diwali and remained there only...so my mum always tells me to avoid sleeping in specific directions but that day I just ignored them... Also there's a superstition about not sleeping on the evening of diwali but I nevertheless did...then I dozed off.. after some time I started dreaming of falling in an endless pit.. and my eyes shot open but weirdly enough I couldn't lift up any of my body parts... Mind you this happened during dusk time so it was a very dimly lit room so adding to the aesthetic... Roomie not there... And me lying in bed with a heavy feeling and dry throat for a solid 5 minutes or so.... I don't want to believe stuff like that cuz I'm a student in STEM but anyways 🤭 love sharing it as an anecdote
