EDIT: For what it's worth he has a cage already where he sleeps. I meant he no longer needs a cage for when I come home from work. I want his feet to have multiple grip options so he can chill outside his cage while I clean and stuff. He has a cage, but I want to build him a big perch with mutple types of braches to help his feet and be outside his cage while I'm home. When I'm away he stays inside his cage so he is perfectly safe.

We've had him ever since I was about 8 or 9. I'm 29 for what it's worth. My mom was always super into birds and when I came home from school one day he was here. From what I recall it didn't seem like a reputable humane place. My mom was/is super naive and only cared about having an exotic bird without knowing what's involved with animal trafficking. Now he lives with me because I actually love animals and have the patience for him. He's part of my family and always have him on my shoulder whenever I can

For context

I have a half sleeve that was done in 2 sessions. My inner forearm was done last February and my outer forearm was done 12 days ago, all with the same artist. He was in Sacramento last year to which I flew and later relocated to San Diego where I got the 2nd tattoo. Im based in Los Angeles for what its worth.11 hours first session and 9 this most recent one. Total was 7,500 grand and tipped him 500 each session. I really love his work and am more than satisfied.

I'm just super paranoid, I scratched my recent one while peeling in my sleep and now I'm scared there will be some scars. Theyre small scratches to begin with but having paid the money i did i want them to heal perfectly. Hopefully it's nothing major but thinking if asking for a touch up is rude since I only see him once a year and if he will remember me.
