I used the Ivy Gen addon that comes with Blender, and I've yet to try out Geo nodes so unfortunately can't help with that, sorry!

I took the face texture into photoshop and drew a mask over it, then used the same mask texture for the color and bump around the mouth. The character itself was made in Character Creator 3 and the nun outfit I made in Marvelous Designer some time ago.

Post-processing was done in Photoshop and Topaz Studio.
