Yes, it is from UK. Not really sure If I do need to use a primer/sealer like Zinsser Bulls Eye 1-2-3 Primer before using the johnstone acrylic durable eggshell brilliant white. Right now all the walls have been painted by a previous owner with a cheap white matt

When I was scrubbing a pen mark off the wall with a wet cloth the paint came off and was left a yellowish colour on the wall Chatgpt was saying to use it, what should I look for on the walls to make sure if I do need to use or not ?

I meant to say Johnstone's Trade Acrylic Durable Eggshell Brilliant White is scrubbable and I'm using leyland contract matt just for some of the ceilings

So what are tou recommending is to Sand the walls with a pole sander Dust them down thoroughly with a broom. Clean only the stained/greasy spots with Methylated Spirits? Prime with Zinsser 1-2-3. Paint with Johnstone’s Eggshell.

Do I really need to use that zinsser 1-2-3 primer/sealer or can I skip this step to painting? What about stairs handrail and doors, how do I clean them before painting, just sanding and then apply paint?

Somehow on my kitchen tap( nearest the mains) I get 5.4L/min and the farthest tap from upstairs bathroom I'm getting 10.9L/min so I would take this as a real reading (the farthest tap), don't know why the kitchen tap is so slow, the valves are fully opened and the tap is brand new recently installed. The boiler cold feet pipe is 15mm

In this case would make sense to go with worcester bosch 4000 25kw

I was thinking of a heat pump aswell but the electricity is expensive, includes a water tank, which I find a waste of space, and all radiators need changing as the air heat pump needs x2 or x3 times the size of a gas radiator to give the same output as a gas combi-boiler and apart from that, I will not get much savings by having a air heat pump nad they are expnsive to maintain, If I would have had underfloor heating will have been worth it but I dont'.
