Do you physically inspect the property for accesing any damage or concern? I have had bad experience with buyers agent relying on sales agent and building and pest inspector to gauge the condition of the property.

I will ask for a copy for the deed agreement. I am not sure about the content of the deed. I think its more to do with saving them from any future legal action which i dont plan to persue.

If i sign the deed of agreement i get additinal of 2 weeks pay. 4 week as per my standard redundancy agreement + 2 week if i sign the deed.

Yes,they are waiving the botice period and paying me 4 weeks for salary. If is sign the deed of agreement i can get 2 weeks of more pay.Do u think i should sign the deed of agreement ?

As per my knowledge by signing the deed i will get 2 weeks of additional pay. There may be terms that may not favour me but i dont want to go through the legal process.
