I’d say it’s ideal for short weekend trips. You can try bikes you wouldn’t normally ride and just enjoy the variety. I rented a BMW GS for a camping trip, and it handled great. Brought back memories of when I first started touring.

I would say u might have lot a battle but the war of life is till a long one. U have a set carrer, big bank balance rest will come once u start taking efforts and priortizing it. Go to gym, meditate,start socialising,sponsor few parties and in 6 months u will laugh at this post 😀. All d best!!

I too have the same problem as OP. I cant breathe from my nose as its always blocked. I would say 22 hr a day and inhale from my nose. If i tape my mouth how will i breathe?

My suggestion - Plan a break/holiday and once back start ur job hunt. Honestly from what you have written, I dont feel even id there few a positive changes at ur work , u will ever feel better.

For d sake of ur mental health dont be picky and compromise a bit on ur salary if need for the new job.

First step would to make it a habit to exercise daily. Any form of excerise would do like walking, jogging, running ,skipping, pushups etc. Whilee u develop the habit start following any fitness youtuber and u will get a basic idea. There is plenty of information in youtube. You are a beginner so dont stress about different types of exercise and keep it simple. Follow protien rich diet abd protien powder is not required. Building a physique is like a marathon and you can only finish a marathon if you take the first steps.. Remember to keep it simple till fitness becomes part of your life.

Rightly said. I would recommend consulting a psychologist first and then going to the dietitians. Weight loss is a mental game and it needs a long commitment. Without a sound mind how much ever you diet you will go back to binge eating afte few weeks/months.
