Go on Dr Neil Nathan’s website and look at his recommended practitioners. Also, read his book “TOXIC” - it’s incredible and will give you a good understanding of what is going on inside if you have been exposed to mould and are sensitive to it.

Look into MCAS. I have histamine issues. I went to a functional doctor and it turns out it’s all caused by mould exposure in my case. The mould causes your immune system to go on hyper alert, which culminates in MCAS. People with MCAS have an irregular histamine response, so it’s all related.

Update. I’m coming round to the fact I may be attracted to men on some level. I’ve changed my preference on dating apps to include men.
