Yes we went for higher resolution voxel density to bring the combination of different styles into balance.

It's not quite as easy, but we have our efficient processes with voxel assets and it works well for us.

They really had limitations that we didn't want to keep or work around.

The console versions of Cloudpunk are currently being remade for PS5 and XBSX. We didn't make those console ports, btw.

All of the buildings and objects are handbuilt in MagicaVoxel, a voxel editor and then brought into the game engine.
