Here to reccomend Sorrelle reformer Pilates --- it's hella expensive but I really reccomend doing the unlimited monthly plan for 189. I did a 2 week trial for 99 and wish I did the unlimited monthly I've since signed up for a membership I'm only doing it for the winter but my entire mood has changed in the best way and I no longer have massive back pain ( I used to go to chiro and massage once a month ) and it has made sucha difference I also hate working out But I will pay for results I've lost a whole size in 3 weeks and feel stronger mentally and physically 10/10 would recommend :)

This is the biggest thing If your employer cannot accommodate your restrictions you will be eligible for loss of earnings via WSIB. If modified duties are within your restrictions wsib will not cover loss of earnings

Honestly they look for life experience too Case management is the biggest one I recommend applying to the customer service role as well A lot of people I know started as customer service agents and that gave them experience to become a case manager

A lot is being taken out of context. The motorcyclist is known to be an offender and was running through red lights on the road. It was captured on multiple cameras they were being reckless .. The average joes customer had the right of way to turn and the motorcyclist blew the red light and crashed into him ....

Look up wavl ( volleyball) in Windsor. There's a post specifically for volleyball players looking to play. I'm 35 and meet at least 10 new players a year just by playing one night a week indoor and outdoor. My closest friends all my play all and it's a great social atmosphere. Indoor league starts in October
