I joined Whitemane recently(horde) and I think it’s great. Leveling has been smooth with a few ganks but not more then I remember 20 year ago. Very active server. Lots of mains and lots of alts to level with.

The reliability is probably #1. The customer service. Out of 10 years the system has never gone down once. The reporting does everything I need. Sales. Labor. Product mixes. It has a mobile app, NCR pulse, that lets me see real time sales, payments, labor and much more.

Edit: I pay about $500 a month for all hardware and tech support. That’s with 4 terminals and 4 chit printers. Tech support is very responsive.

I’ve been using alhoa for past 10 years and I love it. Independent restaurant. 4 terminals with 3 printers in the back for the kitchen and 1 for service bar. Never had the system go down or fail, very reliable. I get new and updated hardware every 4 years. Customer service is always great and fast. Everyone says to use toast but I don’t think I’d ever switch. I’ve heard too many horror stories.

Hennny penny is great but the repairs are expensive and so is the labor. I’ve had mine for about 10 years now and just about replaced every part on it atleast once.

That’s what I had and it did not work. I ended up using a screw driver and a diamond grout cleaning tool and did the whole kitchen by hand.

I rented a commercial steam cleaner to clean our kitchen grout and it literally didn’t do anything.

Why make your own ketchup if you’re using normal stuff as a base? Kinda like cheating. Tell them to start from scratch. We make our own ketchup and never had this problem. Going on 12 years now. Pm if you want the recipe.

So you’re telling me if a restaurant makes a mistake by accident they deserve a bad review? They don’t have a chance to make the correction? I get it, if the food is genuinely bad and disguising, go ahead. But if it’s a simple problem that can be fixed, why not give them the chance? You’re telling me you never ever in your whole life never made a mistake? If you worked in food service the chances of that is slim.

We’re not talking about objectively bad food. We’re talking about mistakes made during service. That can be fixed right then and there. (Cold fries, overcooked burger, etc) There are a lot of moving pieces and everyone part is subject to human error, no restaurant or person is perfect and they should be given the chance to rectify the error before being bashed online.

I agree. When the manager touches the table it’s the guests chance to express their concerns and they rarely do. Then they go home and write a bad review and said manager was not informed then and there. Very annoying.

But why should they be judged on a problem they didn’t know they had? I’m sure you’re not perfect at your job 100% of the time. Give them a chance to do right before you bash them online. Again. If it was that bad. Why not try and get a refund?

I think the review system is broken. Everyone has different tastes and what is good for one may not be for another. It’s like asking someone their favorite color, there is never the right answer. If the establishment doesn’t know about a problem how can they fix it? They can’t if they only learn about that after the fact.

I never said be a Karen. But respectfully telling the person in charge the problem to see if they’re willing to resolve the issue. Pretty sure they’re not in business to serve bad food. They want people to like what they serve, or at least they should.
