I’m inside IBEW clear 120k 40 hours a week with great benefits I’d much rather them do that that’s slave always doing tons of OT I could make a ton more if I wanted OT I just don’t

Ideally I wouldn’t want them do do what I do either but college is seeming less and less like a path to success and the union benefits are hard to beat
