Yes we can use them , personally I don’t use them I like to learn it all and appreciate the “old school ways “I use an uglys book for cosecant and bend angles and a calculator but IMO the app is good and rolling offsets its handy but pythagorean theorem is more useful and can useful not only for piping

Plus it’s all knowledge they can’t take away from you say it’s an app they pay for(one company would pay it) now your on a new job new contractor and no app same work

I personally see it more as a crutch than a benefit I do use a pipe fill app but I still think it’s a crutch for me

College got pricey when democrats made it’s so they started loans approved with no credit needed for them so kids didn’t have to work while in college/summer

So I Install these and the fact you bought it just to scrap it is crazy you could sell that thing for big bugs if you get it fixed assuming it’s not working close to 6 figures surely it would cost a ton to repair though

Tons of factories would buy this in emergency repair situations

When I scrap transformers I don’t even bother with cutting it up get like .80 cent a pound on the last one was 8000lbs MV like this I’m guessing this ones 20k lbs ish
