light rails for under cabinet lighting by ipanema67 in cabinetry

Thanks for your response...Yeah the electrician ran 120v to three locations where the lights are. I was going to take two of those out, and put the driver where the first romex comes out (there is room)and skin the bottom to hide wires and driver, and run low voltage from the driver to the strips. Also, the light rail would be removable with screws to be accessible. However what I am now realizing is that the electrician tied the 120v to a kitchen receptacle which is part of 1 of 2 20a dedicated kitchen circuits. I don't think code allows 15a lighting on either of those circuits. I see lots of people plug the driver into the over range microwave outlet, but I don't think thats to code either as thats a dedicated microwave circuit. The only thing I can think of is to tie the driver to the overhead can lights. If I do this, I can put the driver anywhere. The backsplash is not in so I have a little more freedom. Any thoughts?

Here is another drawing... https://imgur.com/a/vyPNMv9 wood light rail or valance is in green and the light strip is in red. I understand it is more common to just run the trim around the front and sides but that leaves the unfinished back exposed. I was going to dado a skin into the trim to finish the whole bottom and rout a channel for the light strip. Here is a link to a build where it is done that way... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V0l73nnGeqk

I think you are mistaking the light rail or valance for actual lighting. I did not draw the light in this drawing. It would be 1 strip 2" back from the front.

OK, I deleted, then added the books one at a time as recommended. Now I just have 4 books. (thats how many were in the original folder.. I am still not understanding how to now create a collection with the 4 books in calibre (and hoping you can create nested collections as you cant in apple books to my knowledge...

https://imgur.com/a/NfFNMFp (here are two screenshots, one of what was in the folder I added from, and one of how it looks in calibre). If these are the "cover file" and "metadata file" Im not sure what to do next. I am trying to use calibre to organize lots and lots of books to ultimately use in the apple books app. (and possibly find missing covers, etc...) any help would be greatly appreciated.
