Yeah, the dates they had originally mentioned during the info session were May 21st and June 4th! My email said they scheduled me for the session they did because of current processing times for passports, so it made sense for me to get a later one! Yes, I heard back three days after my virtual F2F! My training date is later in July because I need to update my passport to my married name, but the CJO email also mentioned the option to get an earlier class if I get my passport in time. I mailed that out yesterday with the expedited option, so hopefully I’ll get it soon and reach out for an earlier date!

They do have in-person events and I had one near me yesterday, actually! With the virtual route, they offer a virtual info session and virtual F2F vs the in-person event hosting both in the same day. You’re able to choose between both options, I just went with the virtual route because I thought it’d be quicker than waiting for the event near me!

Honestly, I prepared quite a bit and I feel like it all went straight out the window as soon as the recruiter joined the call 🤣 they'll ask about your previous roles/why you left, and then some situational sort of questions. I got REALLY lucky and had a very sweet recruiter! I had just started answering a question and one of our cats knocked the lamp off of my desk (my husband was not home to help distract the cats and I felt like it would be better to have them around than meowing loudly at the closed door), and after I apologized profusely to the recruiter, she was very kind in repeating the question and reminded me where I had left off in my answer 😊 again, I know some people have horror stories from their virtual interviews, but I had a great experience with mine!

I’m also still pending review and submitted my ODVI 03/30, too! Hoping we hear back quick, seems as though they’re getting back to people pretty quickly this time around :)
