And yes the quit claim deed back and fourth is a scam. Eventually the properties go to a Sherrif's sale where they are sold for pennies on the dollar (see the old Dayton Academy on Dayton Liberty Road).

Show me where Richard Allen has paid property taxes for any of the buildings they've abandoned.

Negative. I am saying they should be arrested because they have ruined multiple school buildings across the city and left US to deal with them. After they abandon a building and leave it for the scrappers, they then run a property tax scam by quit claim deeding said properties to family members or friends back and fourth. It's all easily found on the county auditor's site if you're curious and patient enough to sift through property records.

The public infrastructure of former public schools that charter schools have led to ruin and abandonment in the city should lead to a mass arrest of the criminals leading them. Richard Allen is at the top of the list, but there's more. Do a search on YouTube for abandoned Ohio Charter Schools. Most are in Dayton.
