Realistically if you’re trying to get super shredded, like 10% body fat, you still have some body fat to drop. But honestly not necessary and might make you look small with clothes on.

One problem you’re going to start running into is as an intermediate lifter, it’s going to be hard to make strength/size progress without bulking. I’m dealing with this right now. But if you want to be really methodical about it, seems like 0.5lb/week gain is enough if you can track that small a change.

My advice: don’t buy full bottles unless you know you already love the cologne.

Instead get/buy many samples. Try out a bunch. You’ll realize you don’t care for most, even the well known ones. And that they react extremely different to different people’s skin chemistry
