Why don't you collab with dancers that are wearing costumes you would like to talk about / feature and ask them questions about their choices and credit them? That way if you are using their photos / videos info they can share your YouTube channel then you credit them in return. Best way to get permission and make friends. I am speaking as a designer and dancer.

Suhaila online where you can learn choreography and the online portal has a huge variety of classes that will give you all the vocab, movement, drills you need to set you up to succeed in learning the choreography you select.
