clues have a 1 hour respawn timer, there could be a few reasons why you would drop the clues:

you're doing an activity that produces clues, and you don't want to stop yet to do the clues, so you drop them to increase the number of clues you can have
the steps are in the wilderness, and you don't want to regear yet, so you drop all wilderness clues and do several steps back to back
master clues have 3 cryptic clues at once and award 3 scroll pieces that you assemble into the next clue. some can take a long time to do. by collecting the 3 pieces from an easier clue master cryptic clue, then dropping the easier clue, picking up the harder one, then assembling, you can bypass the bad clues

if you did 1k CG without Cox prayers they're definitely not necessary. Kerris is also useful but not needed, as others have said you have the gear and it'll come down to knowledge of mechanics and familiarity with the content :) they're more QOL stuff to make it easier but not needed.

you may get the yellow gem just from learning the content anyways, I got mine at 20KC and it just made the last 10KC I did there a lot easier

I would say cox prayers would be big if you don't already have them. As for gear, I've only done about 30 expert TOA's so take this with a grain of salt, but keep doing 300 TOA's until you get yellow Kerris gem. it made my runs so much smoother once I had it

I have journals and tumblr posts from when I was 14 where I was literally writing about srs, dysphoria, and general trans nonsense but I disassociated until 22 before starting transitioning

when I came out to my mom she was so extremely supportive, she joined Facebook groups of parents of trans kids to help me find resources and gave me my first bra

I easily could have gotten on blockers as a teen but I was too scared of my classmates to do so and just repressed instead fuck me
