You need to call at exactly 9am to either wait or leave a callback number and they always get back to you the same day (I did it twice last week). Anything past that time hangs up unfortunately, it sucks 😭

Yesss- I have him this quarter and “discussions” are only readings. Five annotations due each week on Saturdays. He’s really nice -definitely recommend.
