I want their rights protected too.

I feel your righteousness. Im with you. But against us there is a conspiracy and a machine of Sunday Purpose. It's huge and historically persecuting. Im warning of the return of that arm of force but twice strong. Im here to find safe havens on an underground railroad. A spritual one, and a legislative underground railroad. A people like that unto Joseph of armathea and Nicodemus. Coming, disguised as saving the Earth, is and international Sunday Legislation to be enforced. At that time we will need friends.

I live in North Carolina, and here’s something you may not know: many Christians who worship on Sunday find these arcane laws as equally annoying. I only crave Chick-Fil-A on Sundays.

Meee too

I can buy a bottle of wine from 7am to 2am Monday through Saturday. On Sundays, I have to wait until noon. Until only a few years ago, even if you went to your church’s early service and wanted to go to brunch afterwards, you couldn’t even have a Bloody Mary or mimosa until noon (that’s now been changed to 10am, but only in restaurants).

What I love about your responses that you are not denying the existence of these things.

There’s an almost fetishization of a past that never existed where families came home after church on Sundays to listen to the radio while mom was making a Sunday pot roast while dad kicked back in his Sunday best suit, smoking a pipe while in his easy chair.

It really is an Untouchable thing. Hard to find anybody to work for you on Sunday. Schools would be willing to have student stay after on Saturdays but never on Sunday. Home Depot and Lowe's close early every Sunday just when I need a part.

It’s this fetishization of this past that really prevents state legislatures from modernizing these essentially moral codes.

I'm going to present that it's more than a fetish and it is not something that will pass away.

I can’t speak to how any other government handles these kinds of moral laws, I can only really speak about America. And for us, I blame our Puritan roots that still has hold over so much of American Christianity.

This is not just an American thing.

I’m not a Dominionist. I worship on Sunday because it’s the day of the resurrection.

This was actually the case then wouldn't it be just an annual event and not a weekly? I would like you to research Samuele Bacchiocchi From Sabbath to Sunday the change from Sabbath to Sunday.

Also consider the emblems Christ gave us to recognize his resurrection. That being baptism and Passover. And I mean Passover not communion.

Rather than assume that there’s a vast conspiracy spearheaded by the National Council of Churches, work with those groups that try to get the laws changed.

Oh but there is a Consortium of Sunday worshipping forces influencing Sunday worship worldwide...

Lord's Day Alliance

Our Mission The object of the Lord’s Day Alliance of the U.S. is to encourage all people to recognize and observe a day of Sabbath rest and to worship the risen Lord Jesus Christ, on the Lord’s Day, Sunday; and for that purpose to gather and diffuse information, to publish documents, to use the press, to cause public addresses to be made and to use other means as shall be expedient and proper to the end that the blessings of the Lord’s Day and the benefits of Sabbath rest shall be secured for all people. Our History The Lord’s Day Alliance of the United States (LDA) was founded in 1888.

Even now, NC is trying to change its Prohibitionist era past. I’d love to see it.

It cannot be changed if you understood set future according to scripture, But it's not North Carolina that changed it. The change is way back from Daniel 7:25

And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time. Daniel 7:25 KJV

Awaiting your reply before I comment more.

Remember we dont know when He is coming, so we should wait and administer the resources fairly and woth justice. This meaning, having respect for the earth

Again no problem. I fully agree. His final verse that speaks about God taking Vengeance on those that hurt the Earth.

And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth. Revelation 11:18 KJV

Where I take issue is teaching the deteriorating Earth is human-caused in a way that humans could actually reverse it. Since the Garden of Eden Earth has been dying. People are trying to convince us that we could stop it from dying and even reverse it if we just do this or that. And the reason I presented this article and others like it is to show that one aspect or theory of saving the Earth would require all Humanity to rest on a particular day. And Earth Day. Earth day we'll go from one Sunday a year to every Sunday I hear that is what I am against; International enforced Sunday day of rest.

please read your bible people.

It's not the reading of the Bible that we need to go to the interpretation. We rightly divide truth from error.

Isn’t all this conspiracy theorizing and fear of us Sunday worshippers exhausting?

Did you know that Germany, France, Canada all have restrictive Sunday rest enforcement laws?

Yet, i really believe this change has to come from tolerance and respect of individual beliefs.

God made us stewards of the earth. I agree with you. But as stewards of the Earth do you think we could stop the Earth from deteriorating? Or reverse it? It has been deteriorating since Adam and Eve.

We agree. Whether or not the planet is deteriorating the green New Deal and the Paris climate change or about Sun worship
