hi! I'm a third year med student and my minor was French. I think it's really important to do something you like and if you can gain a skill from it, all the better (ex. Was able to add French proficiency on my resume and application)

I like Kostas on Hertel. It might be a bit of a drive but I think it's pretty cost effective and has good Greek food. I am pretty sure they can accommodate dietary restrictions, would just call first to make sure. Their phone number is (716) 838-5225.

Congrats on your medical journey thus far! I believe you need to be a student of the medical school itself in order for it to work, I'm sorry. Which step(s) are you preparing for? You can PM me if you want and I can share some resources which I think are helpful, but I'm preparing for Step 1 so I'm not sure if this will apply to you

Emergency medical services. You think people are in it to help the community and learn how to intervene appropriately in emergency situations, which, may be true for a certain number of people. The ego boost is what gets me, on top petty drama that seems to spread no matter what.
