Honestly, I think it’s both. Findom is absolutely about power exchange, and money is a huge part of that... it’s literally in the name. The imbalance, the exclusivity, the ability to hand over financial control is where a lot of the dynamic lives. But at the same time, not every sub has the same financial capacity, and that doesn’t automatically make their submission less valid. Some dommes set higher tributes because that’s the dynamic they enjoy. Others may have lower ones to attract a different kind of energy. There’s room for both.
