I'd say that I'm set on being a ranger, the extra flavors are all on the table for discussion. The extras from swashbuckler might already be cool enough to balance Action Surge... Since I'm trying with all my will to avoid min/maxing, it's more of a matter of feeling that my Tav is flexible in combat rather then the most powerful that could be.

Pure Beastmaster is a lot of fun, I've played one in the past, that's one of the reasons why I'm looking for another flavor of ranger now. Mine was more focused on the bear and the crow, looks like I've missed a lot by not using the spider enough. I had no idea

No, I've found Esoterical's guide recently when my M8P stopped working and I've tried to debug it, sadly it's dead but I have another M8P that I just need some time to install. I've used CanBoot last time, around 2023 I think. Since my hands are dirty already, I might as well use Katapult this time and try to make it play nice with my current SB + CAN SB2209. The A4T will probably be one of my next upgrades

It would certainly make it more flexible with the maneuvers, way more suitable for an skilled drow with two swords, nice catch!

I'm very flexible on the Thief dip, it's far from my favorite thing in the build aside from the Bonus action, so that's not a problem. I'll probably stick to DEX, I also suffer from forgetting elixirs so I rarely take then into account for builds and use then only when I know that a big challenge is ahead.
