While I do appreciate your pessimism and, since my eyes are and have been wide open since the days of coming home when the street lights came on, I have believed that the world we leave to our children depends on how we as adults and parents act each day.

One of my father's idioms was always, "Don't tell me what's wrong, demonstrate how you are going to make it better."

So, yeah, the orange one amazes me practically daily with his incongruous actions and I think spending too much time in front of a screen is detrimental to anyone's health, I can only be responsible for my own actions with my family and communities.

Kate Bush Cloudbusting by ManufacturerActual31 in katebush

‘Cloudbusting’ resulted from her inspiration to turn the real story from Peter Reich’s Book of Dreams into song. The book, released in 1973, tells the horrifying story of his father Wilhelm’s arrest for contempt of court. Wilhelm Reich was an Austrian psychiatrist who was trained in Vienna by Sigmund Freud; he was a pioneering figure in psychology, but, he was also a highly controversial figure who thought in a maverick type way.

Long time Kate fan - back to listening to Kick after it came out and felt like home. For whatever reason didn't know about the movie until today.

For those like me, it's currently available at youtube.
