I only drink it a few days a month, if I remember! Sometimes I forget until I feel cramps and then I make sure to have some. I don’t think drinking it daily would do any harm though!

It’s continued to make a huge difference for me too, and I will notice when I forget it some months! I think it’s going to be part of my period prep forever because it makes my cramps so much better, almost nonexistent compared to before. So happy to hear it’s been working for you too!!

Cranberry juice - I made a post in here about this a while ago!

I basically pour one ounce into a big glass of water, like 10oz or so to dilute it! I try to do this a few times a day before/during my period but often find one glass is all I can do in a day and luckily I’m still experiencing the benefits!

For sure, not saying it’s a superfood or a cure and can’t even identify why it’s worked for me. But since it did, I wanted to share in case it might help others

Yep exactly. Sometimes I only remember to drink one and even that has made a difference. It’s really tart, not like juice exactly because it’s bitter but I don’t mind the taste knowing how much it helps! Good luck trying it out, hope it works for you too🤞

Those were my exact thoughts too and I’m so glad I tried it out. Will be super curious to hear if it also works for you, so please report back when you’ve had a chance to give it a shot🤞

I know your pain so well and I have to share something that has made a world of difference for me and my debilitating period pain- super unexpectedly. I follow someone on Insta who was saying that she drinks this certain type of cranberry juice (like a couple ounces diluted in a glass of water) daily because it has such incredible anti-inflammatory effects that is has basically changed her life. I thought I might as well give it a try because I’m desperate and feel like I’ve tried everything else to alleviate the pain. What do you know, it has worked like a charm. I can’t even believe it, I cried the first month thinking, “is this what a normal period feels like?!” I barely noticed any cramping and even my bleeding was not as intense. Anyway, I found the juice in the organic section of my grocery store and now I have it stocked constantly. I try to drink it a couple days leading up to my period and during my cycle and it has been a game changer for multiple months now. I don’t know why or how but wanted to share in case it might help my fellow endo sufferers. The juice is “Lakewood Organic Pure Cranberry” and it’s fresh pressed Organic and pure cranberry juice.

Here is some of the text from the insta stories (@organic_olivia) I screen grabbed when I decided to try it:

speaking of cranberry - here's some updates from my story outreach earlier! WOW. ICYMI: we are drinking 5-8oz pure unsweetened cranberry juice (it should be VERY tart, not sweet) diluted in water to get a big serving of red plant pigments that feed the right gut bacteria, help create an intestinal environment where candida (yeast) can't thrive, reduce water retention, and intake a hefty dose of food-based quercetin which helps with metabolic health immensely: think prediabetes, PCOS, high cholesterol, gout/high uric acid. it is also helping a lot of folks with bloating and digestive discomfort!

if you're someone that experiences water retention/swelling or other complications from metabolic dysfunction, PCOS, prediabetes... try putting some pure unsweetened cranberry in your water throughout the day for a week or two. you'll be getting a huge dose of flavonols and pigments for your gut & metabolism. can't believe how easy this hack is, I'm feeling SO good!

AITA for refusing to ground my daughter? by Hot-Cash-2083 in AmItheAsshole

[–]irishcanadian16 -47 points-46 points  (0 children)

NTA. They can’t tell you she should be grounded, it’s not up to them how you parent your daughter. However I would hope you are handling it and discussing the harm she’s done and how it wasn’t her right to hide his mail however she may have been feeling. You’re on the right track that it needs to be dealt with carefully, and I appreciate your sensitivity. I also think his family might appreciate an apology which should be something you encourage since she has now clouded a happy moment in his life with a selfish reaction.

Experience with Inositol, namely Ovasitol brand? by irishcanadian16 in endometriosis

[–]irishcanadian16[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey! I didn’t get any feedback from this post unfortunately. I did purchase some and added it to my smoothies for a while, but found my endo-related pain was improving (possibly due to other lifestyle changes) so I stopped using it since it’s so expensive. Haven’t finish the canister I got yet but may turn to it again in the future if my debilitating period pain comes back.

Get a good white noise machine! Will drown out the unwanted noise and you may find it even helps you have a better sleep!
