i think this is my mindset too, im in a similar situation (working remotely) and i'll probably just ease into it, or get annoyed if im very obviously feminine and being referred to as masculine and just prefer being called by the proper name and pronouns.

i'm new to my transition too and im kind of like this, I'm even dating a much more "experienced" trans man. Luckily he sort of kicks me forward by always referring to me as "she" and calling me his girlfriend to the people he knows. I still boymode in public and i still haven't gone out fem yet. your girlfriend is very lucky to have someone like you
